Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of our websites and the No Lost AI call-answering service, provided by Mazzi Makko, doing business as Makko The Tech Guy (No Lost AI) ("we," "us"). By using the sites or starting a trial, you agree to them.

The service

No Lost AI is an automated assistant that answers phone calls for HVAC businesses, can quote the business's flat diagnostic fee, can book appointments on a connected calendar, and can send call summaries. It runs on third-party platforms, including GoHighLevel. The service is a business tool. It is not a substitute for emergency services. If anyone smells gas, suspects carbon monoxide, or faces an electrical hazard, they should call 911.

Free trial and pricing

New customers may start a 14-day free trial. Current monthly prices and plan details are shown on our website and may change with notice. Usage beyond what a plan includes may be charged as described when you sign up.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information and keep your account secure.
Use the service lawfully, including laws on call recording, calling, and texting. You are responsible for telling your callers as the law requires and for having permission to contact the people you ask us to contact.
Do not misuse, copy, or interfere with the service.

Results are not guaranteed

We work to make the service reliable, but we do not guarantee that every call will be answered, that any number of jobs will be booked, or any particular revenue result. Automated assistants can make mistakes, and you should review call summaries and bookings.

Cancellation and refunds

Free trial: if you cancel before your 14-day trial ends, you will not be charged.
Monthly plans: you may cancel at any time by emailing naim@makkointel.com from the email address on your account. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you keep access until then.
Refunds: fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not prorate partial months, except where the law requires otherwise or where we agree in writing.
After cancellation: we will turn off call answering and any call forwarding to our system. You are responsible for removing call forwarding on your own phone line so your callers are not sent to a disabled service. We may delete your account data after a reasonable period, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our right to end service: we may suspend or end service for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these terms, and will give notice where practical.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is," and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Text messaging (SMS) program

Program: text updates from Makko The Tech Guy (No Lost AI), operated by Mazzi Makko, doing business as Makko The Tech Guy (No Lost AI).

What you will receive: if you give us your mobile number and agree on our website form, we will text you about your request, your trial, and scheduling. Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at naim@makkointel.com. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
